1. What this platform is

lakshmanbazarla.com is a personal engineering portfolio that also offers free community features: engineer profiles, a public profile directory, a moderated job board with skill matching, and software product showcases. By using the site or creating an account you accept these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person/organisation. Minimum age: 16.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, post spam/fraudulent content, or harm other users.

3. Your content

• You own the content you post (profiles, projects, job listings). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.
• You must not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, or harassing. Job posts must be genuine openings.
• Job posts are reviewed before publication; we may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
• You can delete your content/account anytime by contacting us (see §9) — see the Privacy Policy for data deletion.

4. Jobs & hiring

We provide listing and matching tools only. We are not a party to any employment relationship, do not verify recruiters or candidates beyond basic moderation, and are not responsible for hiring outcomes. Exercise normal caution; never pay anyone to apply for a job.

5. Payments & refunds

Community features are free. Paid options (e.g. featured job listings, software subscriptions) may be offered; prices are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at purchase: featured-listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is live; software subscriptions may be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period. For payment issues contact us (§9). GST invoices are provided where applicable.

6. Software products

Products showcased here may be prototypes or in active development; their status is labelled. Paid software is provided "as is" unless a separate licence/SLA states otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, code, and original content are © Lakshman Bazarla. Do not scrape, clone, or resell platform data (including profiles) without written permission.

8. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (₹0 for free use). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, user content, or third-party services.

9. Contact & disputes

Questions or complaints: bazaralalakshman@yahoo.com. We aim to resolve disputes informally first. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
