1. What we collect

2. What we do NOT do
- No advertising trackers, no third-party ad cookies, no sale of your data — ever.
- Analytics, if enabled, is Plausible — cookie-free and anonymous.
- Member emails are never displayed publicly; job-poster emails are stripped from the public API.
3. How data is stored & secured
- Data lives in Cloudflare Workers KV (encrypted at rest, TLS in transit).
- Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 (100,000 iterations + random salt) — we cannot read them.
- Admin access to data is password-gated; public forms are rate-limited and may use Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection.
- Some preferences (theme, session tokens) are stored in your own browser's localStorage.
4. Third-party processors
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, security), Google Fonts (font files; your IP reaches Google when fonts load), unpkg/Cloudflare CDN (script delivery), Plausible (optional, cookie-free analytics), and — when payments launch — Razorpay (payment processing; we never see card numbers).
5. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023 / GDPR principles)
- Access / export: ask us for a copy of your data.
- Correction: edit your profile anytime after login.
- Deletion: email us from your registered address; account + profile + messages are deleted within 7 days.
- Consent withdrawal: stop using the forms; ask for deletion of past submissions.
6. Retention
Profiles and leads are kept while your account is active or the business relationship is live. Deleted on request (§5). Security logs expire automatically.
7. Children
The Platform is not intended for users under 16.
